Doyle Brunson was born in 1933 on the 10th of August in Longworth, Texas. He has a bachelor degree in Administrative Education in 1954 and a master’s degree in 1955 at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.

· 1998: Brunson took to the bank $93,000 for wining the $1,500 Seven Card Razz tournament.
· 2003: $84,080 was added to his belt of winnings and this was for winning the $2,000 H.O.R.S.E. tournament.
· 2005: Brunson landed a massive winning amount of $367,800 in the $5,000 No Limit Shorthand Texas Hold’em tournament.
